A payroll nourished Writers, musicians, actors and comedians joined in today on the national day of mobilization in defense network of libraries in the United Kingdom, threatened by the drastic public spending cuts proposed by the Government of David Cameron. At least four hundred and libraries scattered through British geography should close down because of budgetary constraints, according to writer Mark Haddon, "are destroying our libraries to save premiums you l bankers" .
Haddon (author of the international success The Curious Incident of the Dog in ) is one of public figures to participate in reading sessions and other cultural activities organized in dozens of libraries during the day Save our libraries day (Save our libraries).
