03.01.2010 has been filed at the headquarters of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) in the building CETMAR de Vigo, the book "Human capital as a factor of convergence: Econometric Analysis of the Euro- Galicia-Northern Region Portugal " , editicado by the Chair of the Galicia-North of Portugal at the University of Vigo, the award-winning book based on his doctoral thesis done on the computer of Econometrics at the University of Santiago de Compostela, under the direction of Neira Isabel Gómez, Professor of Econometrics and expert on issues of human capital and social capital.
