Universe was created in 2003 to provide information to university teachers affected by problems of lack of sufficient support to scientific research institutcional developed in English universities, and especially to inform more 2000, signed the "Manifesto of the presidential administrations" of the support received by the Ombudsman, trade unions, scientific associations and other groups, to the just claims of that document.
In 2010 we created a new website featuring the Universal Forum of an interesting news article Maite Cancel Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at USC, published on December 29, 2009, and other press releases on the "scandal of the presidential administrations," a problem that the Ministry of Education should address in 2010, it is much more outrageous and unfair to other problems that the press almost daily stresses. Among the signers of the Manifesto about 50% belong to 8, the Field for Economics and Business, being the most affected as a whole, although other areas also have problems.
Importantly economic research in Spain reached significant levels in various European and international rankings, despite the generally low level of support received from the ministries concerned. Support the recognition of this research is good for Spain as countries where the rulers listen to the good economic advisers are the countries that are progressing well.
