occasion of the retirement of Professor Xosé Luis Outes Russian as a Professor of Economics at the University of Vigo, Galicia Hispalink our association wants to pay tribute and thank him for his valuable contribution in developing the International Master of Business Sector from 1999 to 2007 that met at USC students from all areas of Latin America, United States, China, Japan, Philippines, Tunisia, Morocco, Greece, Sweden, Portugal, Spain and other countries. It was a great experience that Xosé Luis highlighted as a great teacher with a great capacity to relate the theoretical aspects of economics with the realities of the productive sectors.
